Just as you would not expect a builder to quote you a price for building a house until he had seen the plans, Aerospec does not have a “One size fits all” rate. An assessment of each operation has to be made based on a large number of variables including client brief, location, topography, safety analysis, timing, etc. Once we have carried out this assessment, a quotation for the work can then be presented.
In most cases we require a 20% deposit upon acceptance of a quotation to secure a booking.
Our payment terms are strictly 14 days unless alternative agreement has been reached.
For a very rough guide to rates you may consider typical costs for an aerial photography session is £650 and for aerial filming £850 (excl. VAT). Real time inspection with client in attendance and no recordings may well be significantly cheaper. We are also happy to consider framework and call off agreements which can also beneficially influence rates.
Additional expenditure may include advanced editing resources, travel and accommodation costs, specialist insurance cover and any 3rd party fees incurred in carrying out the operation.

The client purchasing the services of Aerospec will get full use of the material but will not be able to sell or allow a third party to use the material without the written agreement of Aerospec.
